As a reminder, effective March 4, 2023 all fees have increased by $10.

• Return Office Visits $135
• Return Home Visits $235
• 90min New Patient - Office Visit $210
• 90min New Patient - Home Visit $310
• Labor Prep New Patient - $185

Directions: - The office is located at 25 E. Arrellaga St., Santa Barbara, CA 93109. Please enter through the white gate on the left side of the building and walk all the way to the office at the back.

Payments: - Cards are accepted via online invoicing - Cash (exact change) and Checks are accepted when services are rendered - VenMo is also accepted: @Jetta-Harris

Cancellations If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of a scheduled visit a $100 fee will be charged to the card on file. SAME DAY cancellations or no-shows may be charge for the full visit fee.

Super Bills: If you wish to receive a super bill to submit to your insurance, please notify your provider prior to your appointment.

• Fourth Trimester: 4 total visits, including the initial postpartum & mother warming home visit.
• Extended Postpartum: 6 total visits, including the initial postpartum & mother warming home visit.
